Good morning to everyone.  With Hurricane Dolly hitting South Padre Island, Texas we had to relocate the our State Migrant Conference this year.  I am very pleased to announce that we will be holding the conference at the McAllen Convention Center starting December 9, 2008 and concluding on December 11, 2008.  The AMET Officers, Directors and Advisors meeting will take place at the Embassy Suites located in McAllen.  The Officers will meet at 11:00 AM and the Directors,  Officers and Advisors will meet at 1:00 PM on December 8, 2008.

PLEASE mark your calendars and everyone will need to help us with getting the word to all of possible conference attendees.  A complete list of hotels with rates will be emailed to all of you within the next four days.
